Training Providers can switch to a higher tier plan by informing sales@skilleto.sg and will be charged at the new transaction rate once the switch has been approved. However, Training Providers will not be allowed to switch to a lower tier plan during the term of the contract. For any change in price plans, please contact your respective Customer Success Executives. Alternatively, you may write in to sales@skilleto.sg.
