A chargeable transaction is defined as a single trainee enrollment within a completed course run. Transactions are chargeable upon completion of the course run within which the trainee enrollment is contained. For avoidance of doubt, if a withdrawal and/or deferral of a trainee enrolment results in the trainee not being enrolled in a particular course run, this enrollment will not constitute a chargeable transaction within this course run.
