Enhancement to email notifications template
Create and customise multiple email templates (for global use, specific to course, or specific to course run) which can be sent to trainees at any point in time. **Do note that the legacy templates provided will phase out in future. Therefore, do recreate these templates using the new feature.
Bug fixes are included in these releases.
