Integration of Grant Calculator(GC) to billing

During the creation of bills for learners enrolled in SSG funded courses. SSG's Grant Calculator will return with his/her personalised funding (advisory) for the course. TP admins will have the option to utilise these results as line item modifiers in the bill, or create custom modifiers instead.

Enhancements to attendance templates

TP admins can now input specific training and assessment timings before the generation of SSG-compliant attendance templates.

Bug fixes are included in these releases.
